    3. Shadow Work and Mirror Work

    • Explore and confront aspects of the self that have been hidden or suppressed
    • Mirror work exercises to promote self-reflection and awareness

    4. Reiki Energy Healing

    • Receive Reiki energy to balance and align the body, mind, and spirit
    • Promote relaxation and stress relief

    5. Sound Healing with Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls and Drums

    • Immerse in the healing vibrations of crystal quartz singing bowls and drums
    • Enhance relaxation and inner peace

    6. Chanting and Integration

    • Participate in guided chanting to release emotional blockages
    • Integrate insights and feelings that arose during the workshop

    7. Closing and Self-Care

    • Final reflections and sharing
    • Encourage self-care practices and provide resources for further support

    • Encourage participants to wear attire that makes them feel empowered and comfortable, whether that's a tight black dress, red silk robe, lingerie, or anything else that represents their inner strength and beauty for you.
    • Participants will feel empowered and more connected to their inner selves.
    • Deep-rooted trauma and emotional blockages will be addressed and released.
    • Women will leave feeling more confident, centered, and at peace.
